limiting thought:

people shouldn't judge me

is it true?

how do you feel when you think that thought and they do judge you
i feel sick. weak. unworthy, unloved, down, low, low on energy.

who would you be without the thought?
i'd have compassion for the person judging me and understand that the judgement usually comes from their own pain. i'd be loving and caring and i'd feel light, unbothered by the judgement. my energy would be the same, i'd feel worthy and loved still.

turn it around
1. people should judge me - how is this true? - they should because they do, it's the flow of life, it's how it is. also, it's them expressing their pain/ unmet needs.
2. i shouldn't judge people - ha ha. so true, i'm judging the judging! forgot about that one. if i don't want to be judged, then don't judge others!

feeling SO much lighter now.
